Juicy. Fruity. Sour.
Aroma is an all out assault of tropical fruit. Freshly cut pineapple, tangelo and peach. Thirst quenching and satisfying. Great body. Loads of orange juice, lime zest and mango nectar, and of course GUAVA. In place of the usual kettle souring method which uses bacteria to quickly produce its sourness, this beer was brewed with a special Philly Sour yeast which produces lactic acid as part of the fermentation process. This means zero bacteria involved resulting in a cleaner finish.
