Re: Hazy beer
Yes. It is perfectly normal and a common occurence for certain styles of unfiltered and unpasteurized beers to be hazy. For some styles of beer, the more haze, the better.
Re: Sediment in beer
Yes. Please do not be alarmed if you find there is a small amount of sediment at the bottom of a bottle or keg. The sediment is perfectly normal and safe, and in some cases it adds to the flavour of the beer.
When the bottles or kegs sit for an extended amount of time yeast and protein particles fall out of the liquid and end up at the bottom creating a thin layer of white particles, the sediment that you see.
Gently rotate the bottle prior to pouring. If sediment falls into glass, simply give it a gentle stir.

Due to Covid-19 and current orders by the Government of Manitoba, we are not booking taproom private events.
We have looked into the guidelines & restrictions set by Manitoba Health for operating private events during the current pandemic and have decided that until restrictions change/lift, we cannot accommodate private events in our space.
Should restrictions and orders change, we will review the possibility for booking private events at that time and this message will be updated to reflect that.
We do not know when changes will happen and we cannot predict if/when restrictions will change therefore we cannot give an approximate timeline as to when we will be able to once again book private events. Thank you for your understanding.
Yes. In accordance with new regulations for opening during Covid-19, we can only serve beer with food. Luckily, we have the best pizza in town just down the street. We currently are serving Wall Street Slice pizza.
Yes! Our new extended patio located in our parking lot is dog friendly!
No dogs (or other furry friends) are allowed inside our building. We love dogs, but Manitoba Health Authority prohibits them from being inside the taproom & brewery. To ignore this rule would be to violate a health code for which we will be fined heavily. These are not our policies. These are rules & regulations set by Manitoba Health.
We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Yes. In addition to beer, we have locally brewed Wolseley Kombucha, Thom Bargen Coffee, and Boylan’s Soda.
While we would like to donate to every worthy cause out there, we simply cannot fill every request we receive.
Therefore we launched our own monthly charitable initiative.
