LE SNEAK BELGIQUE

Spiced with coriander, bitter orange peel, and black pepper. Classic Belgian style that is bright and refreshing.
GRANDPA’S SWEATER
OATMEAL STOUT | 5.4% ABV
Local oats and a complex assortment of roasted & caramelized malts give this beer a varied & rich character. Smooth & velvety mouthfeel.
FINAL DRAFT

GUAVATRON
PHILLY SOUR | 5.6% ABV
A luscious and full bodied fruit filled sour with guava purée. Aromas of freshly cut pineapple, tangelo and peach. A juice box for grownups.

CORE MEMORY
COLD IPA | 6.7% ABV
A real hop showcase of a beer, with the addition of Lotus and Sabro. This soft yellow hued IPA boasts intense tropical fruit and vanilla aromas. Flavour is crisp and bitter with wonderful hop flavours.
MONOLITHIC No 9 LOTUS
SINGLE HOP IPA | 7.8% ABV
The newest iteration in our single hop series features Lotus, a unique hop whose parentage traces back to Eastern Gold, a Japanese variety. This Japanese hop’s genetics were mixed with those of Apollo, Cascade, an early experimental hop, as well as a wild neomexicanus variety to create a truly unique and potent expression. With notes of strawberry, vanilla cream, orange, pineapple and floral tea, this beer has quickly become a staff favourite.
PERILOUS
PALE ALE | 4.9% ABV
This West Coast Pale Ale is dry hopped with Mosaic, Citra, & Cascade giving it subtle notes of stone fruit, orange, grapefruit peel, and tropical fruit balanced by a mild bitterness.
COLD BLACK HEART
COLD BLACK IPA | 7% ABV
Resinous, dark and cold. This is a bitter, roasty, and uniquely hoppy style. Smooth roast from midnight wheat meets the bold, dank and tropical hop oils from Azacca, Mosaic and Columbus. Fermented cool with a German lager yeast, leaving a smooth black canvas where the hops can lead the way.
CRUMBS
MILK & COOKIE STOUT | 5.1% ABV
Layers of chocolate, coffee, and toasted nuts, with an undercurrent of biscuit and caramelized sugar that lingers without overwhelming. This stout offers a perfect mix of roasted character with a smooth finish, making it a satisfying treat for those who prefer their milk and cookies on the darker side.
