PIVO
CZECH PALE LAGER | 5.4% ABV
Say hello to Pivo. A nod to the effortlessly enjoyable světlé speciální of Czechia. Brewed with premium Scythe pale malt and Czech Saaz hops. A rich malt presence gives way to a refreshing, floral hop finish.

CUMULUS
HAZY IPA | 6.1% ABV
Finally warmth. Touch grass and watch clouds grow into Cumulus towers.This bright and fluffy hazy is double dry hopped with super - concentrated Nelson Sauvin hash, Motueka, Citra, Simcoe, and a drizzle of Sabro. Our pilsner base is plumped up by pillowy flakes of oats and wheat malt. A sun-shower of ripe tangerine and a lemon - lime sorbet waffle cone splash into snappy resin and dry minerality.

CROCUS
WILD ALE | 5% ABV
Crocus is a bright, botanical wild ale brewed with Lactobacillus plantarum to impart a light, tart, citrusy tang. We sourced locally grown dried herbs and blooms to lend a subtle floral character and soft herbal nuance. The result is a refreshing, gentle wild ale with lively acidity, and delicate botanicals that unfold like the first blooms of spring.

EPITAPH
RED ALE | 5% ABV
A malty red ale with notes of caramel, rye toast, and red apple that drinks dry with a crisp, balancing bitterness.

MONOLITHIC No 11
RIWAKA SINGLE HOP IPA | 8% ABV
A zesty bold citrus punch that offers powerful grapefruit and tropical fruit aromas. Notes of passionfruit and lime.

DEADFALL
ENGLISH DARK MILD | 3.8% ABV
A mellow dark mild with toasty notes of dark fruit and gentle roast, brewed with Manitoba Scythe malt, finished with roasted barley for touches of coffee and chocolate.

COLD BLACK HEART
COLD BLACK IPA | 7% ABV
Resinous, dark and cold. Originating in New England during the 90’s, Black IPA remained a pretty popular style until 2016, when suddenly it found itself living in the shadow of New England IPA. This is a bitter, roasty, and uniquely hoppy style we still love to drink. Smooth roast from midnight wheat meets the bold, dank and tropical hop oils from Azacca, Mosaic and Columbus. Fermented cool with a German lager yeast, leaving a smooth black canvas where the hops can lead the way.

TCHOTCHKE
MINATURE PALE | 2% ABV
Collect a Tchotchke for your beer fridge shelf! A small, 2% ABV treasure of a beer with big flavour. Brewed with Manitoba-grown Scythe pilsner malt, Canadian malted wheat, and African fonio. A historic British yeast brings classic depth, and hops from across the globe —Saskatchewan Cashmere, Northwest Mosaic, Australian Galaxy, and New Zealand Riwaka—layer in waves of tropical fruit, citrus zest, and a juicy finish.

GRANNY’S SWEATER
STRONG OATMEAL STOUT | 7.8% ABV
Wrap yourself in Granny’s Sweater. Rich and velvety from the first sip, this stout wraps you in layers of caramel sweetness and decadent fruit cake, delivering a cozy comfort that feels lovingly familiar yet distinctly its own.

DOUBLE IPA | 7.5% ABV
The Lumberjack you love, now enhanced due to a new dry-hopping method. Juicy melon and subtle pine flavour with a clean, fresh finish.

NEW ENGLAND IPA | 6.6% ABV
Boasting citrus fruit aroma & juicy tropical fruit flavour, this hazy IPA has notes of pineapple, mango, and guava.

LE SNEAK BELGIQUE
WITBIER | 5.2% ABV
Spiced with coriander, bitter orange peel, and black pepper. Classic Belgian style that is bright and refreshing.

GRANDPA’S SWEATER
OATMEAL STOUT | 5.4% ABV
Local oats and a complex assortment of roasted & caramelized malts give this beer a varied & rich character. Smooth & velvety mouthfeel.

FINAL DRAFT
LAGER | 4.5% ABV
Clean and crisp. Super crushable and crowd-pleasing.

GUAVATRON
PHILLY SOUR | 5.6% ABV
A luscious and full bodied fruit filled sour with guava purée. Aromas of freshly cut pineapple, tangelo and peach. A juice box for grownups.
