Brewed using local Scythe pilsner malt, corn and neomexicanus hops. Crisp, light malt, and firm bitterness make for a classic cerveza.
Corazón, which means ‘heart’ in Spanish, is a name chosen by our friends David and Carlos, who helped us brew this beer. They asked us for a beer style reminiscent of the ones they enjoy in Ecuador, and we’ve done our best to hopefully honour that inspiration.
