The latest instalment of our ongoing single hop IPA series, Monolithic VI features strata hops, which were added throughout the boiling and conditioning process in order to produce and highlight the full range of flavours and aromas characteristic of this varietal. The addition of golden promise malt also gives this recipe a solid backdrop to support the hop profile. Expect a deluge of bright citrus, passion fruit, light melon and juicy strawberry flavours with notes of grapefruit and cannabis.
