GRIMOIRE
LEMON ROOIBOS WITBIER | 5.5% ABV
This autumnal speciality beer is fermented with the same fruit forward yeast strain as our Le Sneak Belgique Witbier but with some significant differences. After fermentation is complete, freshly grated lemon zest and juice are added to the finished beer as well as 100L of freshly brewed and strained Fireside Chat rooibos tea blend from Cornelia Bean. Expect a deep, robust aroma of citrus, clove oil, and mild yeast funk and smooth, zesty flavor with gentle nudges of sweet earth and spice.
