Still Life, still alive. Back after a two year hiatus. Red Shed Malthouse in Alberta provided their gold medal Parkland Pale malt, softened and rounded out by silky flaked oats and soft white wheat malt. Fermented warm with British ale yeast, then refermented on peaches, before a massive Dolcita dry hop for extra peachy-ness . This beer smells like peach rings from across the room. Light and surprisingly crisp, it drinks somewhere in between a peach-purée daiquiri and a peach seltzer. 4.5% and extra refreshing for extra summery days.
